I have just come off a zoom meeting with Canterbury Golf and Dean Murphy, CEO of Golf NZ.  Dean had confirmation from the Govt that play at level 3 was confirmed but the guidelines that we have to operate under will be different to what we previously operated and was going from the meeting to get some clarification which he suspected would be within an hour or two.
Bubbles - indications of what a "bubble" looks like is ambiguous and Golf NZ have stressed to the Clubs that it is up to the individual playing, to adhere to the rules and that this responsibility lays with them.  A "Bubble" could be 2 isolated people or extended family members etc as the wording on the website is "that you can extend your bubble but remain small, exclusive and local".
Therefore this means that if you play with someone at Alert level 3 - you play with them the whole time that we are at this level and not swap Bubbles.  We ask that you take a common sense approach with this.
WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
1. Online bookings ONLY
2. Play at 8 minutes apart - this worked well last time
3. Playing group maximum is 3
4. There will be stations posted at the Clubhouse to adhere to the 2m rule for distancing.
                                                             ENJOY!!!!!
We will post the NEW guidelines at Clubhouse and other media sources once confirmed.
